How quickly will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day by tracked next-day delivery within the UK. Weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. See Delivery & Returns.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, on UK orders over £100.

Products

Are your products genuine?

Yes. We supply 100% genuine products and are an authorised UK retailer of Obagi Medical.

What are prescription (Rx) products?

Some products, such as tretinoin and hydroquinone treatments, are prescription-only medicines. They can only be supplied after a consultation and clinical assessment. Prescription items cannot be returned once dispensed.

Returns

Can I return a product?

Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened skincare can only be returned if faulty. See our Refund policy.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
