UK next-day delivery. We offer tracked next-day delivery within the UK for orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Orders to Northern Ireland can take 1–2 days.
Dispatch. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm on the same working day.

Returns
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging with seals and hygiene strips intact. Request your return within 14 days of delivery and send the item back within a further 14 days.
- For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of used or opened skincare or cosmetic products unless they are faulty.
- Prescription items cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed and dispatched, in line with UK health regulations.
- Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will offer a replacement, refund or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email hello@dermavie.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Original delivery charges are refunded only for faulty or incorrect items.
